ICT Calibration Spheres are used in industrial computed tomography to check the dimensional accuracy and performance of the measuring system. They serve for calibration, verification, and monitoring of measurement precision and are made of high-stiffness carbon fiber, which is extremely lightweight, dimensionally stable, and temperature-resistant – for dependable and repeatable CT measurement results. The gray value during radiographic inspection is very low compared to other materials.
