Description
Styli with straight shaft – suitable for the majority of all applications. Equipped with an carbon fiber stem and a silicon nitride ball, which is highly wear-resistant and magnetically neutral, preventing material buildup. That makes them particularly suitable for scanning aluminum surfaces. Their minimal surface roughness ensures excellent sliding properties.
A carbon fiber stem is extremely lightweight with high stiffness, ideal for very long styli. Zero thermal expansion ensures maximum dimensional stability. For this reason, carbon fiber can also be used in production environments.
An automated and reliable vacuum brazing process produces a high-quality ball-socket connection with maximum strength, load capacity and a long product life.
